Bali19 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bali19 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the bali19 platform — whether via website, mobile app or other means — you automatically agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.

We encourage you to read this entire document carefully before proceeding with registration. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the bali19 platform. Lack of understanding of these terms cannot be used as grounds to dispute any decision made by bali19 in accordance with this document.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bali19 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Latest Information: You must ensure that all personal information in your account is always up to date and accurate, including your email address, phone number and payment details. Failure to do so may affect your withdrawal process and account verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bali19 and its associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses suffered by players arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions, technical failures or scheduled system maintenance
